I’ve known the family behind Northstar Blooms since 1987. They’re no strangers to the floral business — this venture is a natural continuation of their long-standing experience, along with other successful family-owned operations like MAP Transportation and Tonka Delivery Pool. I’ve used Northstar Blooms for three separate orders so far, including one that was delivered the same day — all were flawless. The quality and craftsmanship are exceptional. In needing a long distance bouquet delivery to a hospital, I chose North Star Blooms because it's one of their specialities. Ordering my bouquet was super easy from their website. The prices were reasonable and best of all the quality was outstanding. Even more so, there was an issue with the person I was attempting to deliver to and not only did the florist call me three times but once we connected an explanation of the issue was clear and concise. Unfortunately, my beautiful bouquet was not able to be delivered due to extenuating circumstances on my end. The person being delivered to was no longer at the hospital. Through all of the craziness North Star Blooms answered all of my questions with super quick responses as well as refunded me for the cost of the bouquet. They were phenomenally understanding and empathetic. I appreciate their quality and customer service, which goes a very long way in my book. Thank you North Start you are definitely the brightest in my book🌟

UPDATED!! Would like to thank the staff here for taking care of this issue immediately. I accept your apology to the fullest. This is the way customer service should be. It’s life and things happen but can’t thank you guys enough for stepping up and making it right. The new flowers are incredible and Very satisfied with the resolution. Definitely will be back and highly recommend. I ordered flowers as it was the closet to my recipient and were able to deliver same day. The flowers were delivered yesterday late afternoon with no notification and by 8am the next morning my wife sent me a message with photo and said my flowers are dying. Didn’t even last a day. On top of that the pic on there online pic looks nothing like she received. Very disappointed in this. I will not be using them again and will look for others in the area.

I ordered 18 long stem roses for my wife. They were delivered April 11th and were beautiful and still hanging in there as of today April 21st. Will definitely be ordering more flowers from them in the future.

Working with Adam at North Star Blooms for our wedding was an absolute dream, and we could not recommend him more highly. From our very first meeting, we knew we were in the hands of an expert. We came in with only a few general ideas, and he completely blew our minds with his detailed questions and clear passion for his craft. He listened intently and then guided us through the creative process. A perfect example of his expertise is when we suggested simple bud vases for the centerpieces; Adam recommended mixing in some taller vases as well to add dimension and break up the room. It was a brilliant touch that showed his artistic vision. The results on our wedding day were simply breathtaking. The flowers were more perfect than we could have ever anticipated—so much so that my wife actually cried with joy when she was handed her bouquet. Throughout the night, we received several unsolicited compliments from our guests on how wonderful and beautiful the flowers were. On top of their incredible talent, Our wedding planner made a point to tell us how much she enjoyed working with them, noting that they were great communicators and were prompt with the delivery.
